This ensures we’re aligned on scope and focus from the outset. - Medical Record Submission and Review
You’ll upload records or share your own link to records, whichever is more convenient. A board-certified physician—experienced in clinical care and medico-legal analysis—then conducts a detailed review to assess standard of care, causation, and damages. The reviewer identifies key medical issues, strengths, weaknesses, and any areas of concern from a litigation perspective. - Follow-Up Call with the Reviewing Physician
